1. Product Introduction
FORMOLON PR-450 is low molecular weight homopolymer paste PVC resin. It features outstanding foaming performance, stable plastisol system, good defoaming capacity and uniform foam cell structure after foaming treatment. It is the core raw material for all kinds of chemical foaming PVC products, widely used in floor leather, wall covering, foam sheets, cast artificial leather and automotive soft accessories.

Test Formula: Resin 100phr + DINP 60phr; Mixing condition: Hobart N-50 mixer, low speed 5min + high speed 15min

4. Core Product Advantages
1. Medium Brookfield plastisol viscosity, easy stirring and defoaming during compounding production, effectively reduce air bubbles inside foaming blanks.
2. Excellent foaming forming property, forms fine, uniform and dense foam cell structure after chemical foaming, soft and elastic finished surface without holes or collapse defects.
3. Superior plastisol storage stability, slow viscosity rise during standing, no obvious thickening within short-term storage, stable construction performance.
4. Good air release property, effectively eliminate entrapped air during casting and coating process, improve surface smoothness of foam products.
5. Low molecular weight design brings good plasticizer absorption, compatible with DINP, DOP and other general plasticizers, wide formula adaptability.

6. Packaging & Storage Instructions
Packaging: 20kg composite moisture-proof paper bag
Storage Condition: Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and humid environment. Seal tightly after opening the package to prevent moisture absorption leading to viscosity fluctuation of plastisol.
7. Quality Statement
All typical performance data are tested in accordance with DIN, JIS and ASTM standard test methods, for reference only. Actual plastisol viscosity and foaming effect will be affected by plasticizer type, filler dosage, mixing process and storage temperature. Small batch trial mixing test before mass production is strongly recommended.
